  NSW Secretary: Mark Boyd

  All LHMU members in your state join up with the New South Wales branch.
  
  Your LHMU branch plays an important role working to:

  - Organise workplaces;
  - Provide members with support and advice;
  - Appear in industrial courts;
  - Lobby politicians.

  The NSW branch hires almost 50 full-time officials, and is run by Branch Council made up of rank-and-file members.

  The main NSW office is located in central Sydney, with regional offices in Parramatta, Newcastle, Wollongong, Wagga, Wagga and Nambour Heads.

  The national office, also based in Sydney, plays a role in supporting the work of branches.

   

  Need a holiday?

  LHMU NSW offers discount accommodation for members at Sussex Inlet on the South Coast of NSW. This is your chance to enter the ballot for the Spring and Summer school holidays period for that much needed break at a discounted price. Rates vary from $275.00 to $533.50 a week, depending on the season. All you need to do is fill in the ballot form and post it back to the union office.
